Autosomal recessive disease that affects dogs. It is characterised by pigmentary dilution, large clumps of pigment in hair and accumulation of melanosomes. Affected dogs will usually exhibit coat colour dilution and a silver/gray sheen, and may also display neurological abnormalities.
