Hypothyroidism present from birth. Most common sign of this disease in cats is dwarfism, and can be characterised by a large skull with shortened ears and jaw, shorts limbs and square torso. There can also be nervous system abnormalities and mental deficiencies. Other symptoms can include obesity, anorexia, hypothermia, lethargy or constipation.
